How the Program Works?

 Our weight loss program focuses on Gut health and helps you to develop healthy habits to maintain balanced diet of natural home cooked food, which contribute to live a healthy and happy life. As we all know overweight is key factor which leads to many health issues. This program has been designed to lose weight and maintain healthy lifestyle based on organised and well-developed structure. With a balanced Nutritional Dietary Plan with very simple easy to follow steps and day to day guidance from our mentors to support you through this valuable journey of weight loss to achieve your desired goal of Healthy Lifestyle.

The First Three Days (Prepare)

The focus of Step1 is to improve your gut health. You begin your health journey by eating from a list of approved foods provided
along with your nutritional supplements with no restrictions on quantity count. This is where you start to get your appetite under control and Typically, after the second day you will begin to overcome food cravings and your body will start to use its fat stores
for energy.

Step1 Prepares your body for Step2

Fat Loss and Detox

This step typically lasts for 27 days, however depending on how your body responds there is the option to extend Step 2 for an additional 10 days. This is the detox and weight loss step & will be calorie restricted.
In this stage your weight will start moving as a result of burning fat. Stage2 list of approved foods will be provided. Your Nutrition support is imperative during this step as they help to sustain your energy levels. As Step 2 is a low calorie step, it must not be attempted without the nutritional support.

Maintenance

Maintenance is the last stage where you will be transitioning slowly back to your normal routine gradually increasing your calorie in
take.You will be provided Stage 3 approved foods list & some nutritional support .We will provide guidance for 80/20 Lifestyle rule.

where the gut is fully healed. and if you want to lose more weight you simply go back to step 1 and repeat!
